Cartridges Law welcomes new partner and family law specialist Sabina Smith
We are delighted to welcome Sabina Smith, who joins Cartridges Law as a Partner, heading up Divorce and Finance within our Family team.
Having practised in family law for almost thirty years, Sabina has a wealth of expertise in the financial and property aspects of divorce and separation, as well as arrangements for children.
Sabina’s work includes advising clients regarding claims on the family home, pension entitlements, business interests, spousal support and child maintenance. She also advises on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive guidance to safeguard their interests.
Sabina also has extensive experience in children matters, such as arrangements for where the children will live and how much time they will spend with each parent. She has also handled international relocation cases, where one parent wishes to move the children overseas.
Sabina holds specialist accreditations from Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) in ‘Financial Remedies on Divorce’ and ‘Pensions on Divorce”. She previously served on the Home Office panel of solicitors for international child abduction cases and also qualified as a mediator with the Family Mediation Council.
