Victoria is the Managing Partner at Cartridges Law and an experienced litigator and dispute resolution lawyer. She has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on:

- Contentious Probate including inheritance claims, challenges to the validity of wills and executor disputes
- Property Ownership disputes
With a tenacity in negotiations, Victoria excels in settling her cases outside of the court room so that the additional costs and stress of a court hearing are avoided. Recent cases have included:
- Securing substantial compensation for a young person injured at work, which involved life changing injuries
- Resolution of a dispute between two executors of a will through mediation
