New partner joins firm
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Conall Ryan, who joins Cartridges Law as Partner and Head of Estate Planning.
Conall brings over twenty years of legal experience and a wide range of expertise. He is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and The Agricultural Law Association, as well as a fully accredited member of both the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP).
Victoria Matthews, Managing Partner, said: “Conall joins our Estate Planning Team and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience across the sector, with expertise in agricultural estates. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”
Conall’s areas of work include Wills, Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Inheritance Tax Planning. He has experience in handling complex and high-value estates, including expertise in agricultural succession planning and estates.
Conall said, “I am excited to have joined the friendly and client focused team at Cartridges Law. I look forward to building on the success of not only the Estates Planning team but the overall firm.”
Conall has previously worked for law firms across Devon and Cornwall and began his legal career as a Trainee Legal Executive, completing his subsequent legal qualifications while working full-time. He also holds an AAT qualification in accountancy. In 2023, Conall was named Chartered Legal Executive of the Year by the Devon and Somerset Law Society.
