Richard is a caseworker within the housing team and assists in cases relating to housing advice and homelessness; including private and legal aid funded work.
Richard’s career began with Citizen’s Advice in 1992, and before joining Cartridges Law, he held positions in local authorities, housing charities, and HMP resettlement team.
Richard keeps his training and qualifications up to date and regularly attends courses on issues relating to Housing Advice and Representation Training.
“Housing is a vast subject and is hard to single out specialisms, however I take on homelessness challenges, unlawful evictions, possession proceedings, occupation orders and housing disrepair. I also help at court alongside private work, setting up tenancies and landlord possession proceedings.”
