Nisha graduated from the University of Reading with a Law degree in 2018, and continued her studies by completing an MSc in Mental Health, Ethics and Law in 2020.

Nisha supports our Child Care proceedings team, specifically with children cases where there is social services involvement. She also assists in children cases where there is a dispute between parents, and on domestic abuse injunctions.

Nisha is a trained Resolve Community Mediator, advising and encouraging clients to resolve disputes in minor housing and neighbourhood matters. She has also undertaken an Amicus ALJ Training Course, volunteering with a charity which represents defendants facing the death penalty in the US, which aims to ensure greater access to justice and to raise awareness of potential abuse in the system.
