Kathryn Battey

Kathryn is a Solicitor in the Private Client department. She studied Law at the University of Exeter, graduating with a 2:1, before completing the Legal Practice course with a Distinction. Kathryn undertook her training contract in her hometown of Poole, gaining valuable experience in Private Client and Family law, before returning to Devon to continue her career.
She now specialises in Wills, Powers of Attorney, and the administration of estates (both testate and intestate). She takes pride in providing clear, compassionate guidance and building trusted relationships with clients during what are often important life stages.
