Karen is the Head of Residential Property at Cartridges Law and is an accomplished and experienced conveyancer.
With over ten years of experience, Karen deals with a wide range of property transactions including:
• Sales
• Purchases
• Remortgages
• Shared ownership
• Transfers of equity
She has specialist knowledge on leaseholds, retirement homes, new builds and acting for major developers.
Prior to joining Cartridges, Karen worked in national law firms in London where she gained experience in a diverse range of property work including international and other complex transactions.
Karen moved to the West Country with her family in 2021 and joined Cartridges Law in 2024 to head up our property team.
