Joe is an Associate Solicitor and Head of Commercial Property at Cartridges Law, where he advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial conveyancing and property transactions
- Sale and purchase of business premises
- Sale of land for development
- Commercial leases for landlords and tenants
Joe has experience across a range of sectors, including retail and hospitality, offices, and industrial premises. He also deals with the sale of development land and complex multi-million pound transactions involving multiple leases, such as the sale of trading estates and business parks. His diverse client base includes first-time landlords, SMEs, and larger companies with substantial property portfolios.
Joe leads a small, dedicated commercial property team that delivers high-quality legal advice supported by clear communication and a practical, responsive approach. Clients benefit from Joe’s direct involvement in all of his cases, meaning he is readily available to provide updates and discuss progress. His high level of returning clients and word-of-mouth referrals reflects the exceptional service he provides.
Before joining Cartridges Law, Joe worked in a civilian role for Devon and Cornwall Police after completing a degree in Mathematics at the University of Exeter. He went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2017, quickly developing a particular interest in commercial property law.
