Hannah Quick

Associate Solicitor
LLB Law; Legal Practice Certificate (LPC); member of the Law Society Children’s Panel
Joined Cartridges on : August 2016

Hannah Graduated from the University of the West of England with a degree in Law. She then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course. After joining Cartridges Law she completed her Masters in Law, which focused on children/young adults leaving the care system.

Hannah is an experienced children solicitor and a member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel. The Children Law Accreditation is awarded in recognition of exceptional knowledge and experience in this complex area of law.

Hannah’s case experience includes a wide range of family children’s cases, including representing parents in cases where the Local Authority/Social Services are seeking to remove a child, contact and children disputes between parents/family members, and applying for and obtaining injunctions for victims of domestic abuse.

Recent cases have included representing parents who have worked with the Local Authority to enable their children to be returned to their care, representing parents in cases where children have sustained injury thought to be non-accidental, and representing vulnerable clients.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients to help navigate them through what can be a very stressful and difficult time. I understand there is nothing more important to someone than their children and therefore I believe it is essential to give honest and reliable advice to enable clients the opportunity of achieving the best outcome

I had the pleasure of having Hannah Quick as my solicitor, she was there every step of the way and always checking that I was OK. She got me through a very difficult stage in life. Even when Hannah was on leave or holiday, she would have someone there to always answer my calls or emails.

Would highly recommend working with Hannah, she’s a lovely woman!
