Faye is a partner and works within the Housing and Litigation Team at Cartridges Law. Faye’s work focuses on housing law, including Civil Injunctions, possession action, homelessness and disrepair. Faye also handles cases relating to general tenancy management including deposits and landlord responsibilities.
Since leaving University in 2000, Faye has worked within Housing Associations, Housing Charities and Local Authorities and has over 23 years’ experience in the sector. In 2020 Faye was awarded highly commended in the Devon and Somerset Law Society Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year category.
