We are delighted to welcome Steve McCracken, also known as NONE HERE, as the latest featured cARTridges artist.
Steve is a dynamic and expressive artist whose work brings colour, energy, and movement into everyday spaces. His art is instantly recognisable, combining bold use of colour with an expressive style that captures a sense of freedom and imagination.
About Steve and His Work
Steve McCracken’s work is rooted in his passion for brightening public spaces and creating moments of joy for passers by. Through painting and paste-ups, he “fills the streets with colour”, using his art as a way to connect with people and uplift their day.
His signature subjects include birds and sea creatures, which often appear as vibrant, playful characters offering an escape into a more hopeful and imaginative world.
“An Adventure a Day…”
Steve’s current exhibition, “An Adventure a Day…”, showcases a collection of his signature street-art-inspired characters alongside seascapes and landscapes.
The exhibition brings together his distinctive style with a range of techniques, resulting in a series of vibrant 2D mixed media pieces that invite viewers to explore imaginative, uplifting scenes.
