Cartridges Law is recruiting a conveyancer to work within our property team. 

About this role:

Candidates ideally will have at least 4 years’ experience of fee earning and managing their own caseload in residential property. Any commercial property experience is a bonus.

The successful applicant should be able to:

  • Run own caseload from inception to completion of Residential Property matters including freehold/leasehold, purchases, sales and remortgage matters
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in case management system and keen to provide suggestions to improve the tools you’re using every day
  • Confident to speak to clients about more complex elements of their case 
  • Offer guidance to less experienced staff members
  • Produce a high-quality service, maintain excellent file administration, and work successfully with other lawyers and support staff

A full Driving Licence is desirable.
