Penny Scott

Penny studies for an English Language and Literature degree at university and converted to a law degree followed by the LPC at Exeter University.

She is a qualified Children Law Arbitrator, a Member of the Law Society Children Panel, a Former Chair of the Family Law Committee of The Law Society, and a Member of the Association of Lawyers for Children.

Penny has represented children, professional Guardians, parents, and other family members for over 20 years. She is now retired from casework but is still a partner in Cartridges Law.

I see my role as being to support the firm as it develops new partners and all its staff and becomes a Limited Liability Partnership. The firm is shaping itself carefully for modern legal practice, taking care to be true to its ethical and social beliefs; I want to endorse this approach.
