Lucinda Strong

Paralegal
Joined Cartridges on : May 2023

Lucinda has experience of working in both legal and social care settings. She initially graduated with a law degree, before undertaking her post graduate Legal Practice Course. Lucinda took a career break from law to undertake a masters degree in social work and qualified as a social worker in 2019, before realising she was destined for a career in law.

Lucinda’s previous work experience as a social worker both in the Local Authority and Cafcass has enabled her to work with children and families who are subject to care proceedings and private law applications. She also handles child contact and residence disputes, and domestic abuse injunctions.

Prior to working as a social worker, Lucinda worked for a charity, managing a team to support vulnerable young witnesses in criminal courts, including previous work experience as a paralegal in government departments, such as the Crown Prosecution Service and Foreign Office.

I enjoy working with a variety of clients and supporting both my team and clients to ensure they get the best possible outcome.
