When do landlord and tenant disputes occur?

  • As a result of the incorrect documents being provided at the commencement of the tenancy
  • As a result of the tenancy deposit not being protected correctly or being protected late
  • As a result of a tenancy not being ended correctly/an issue arising because of the incorrect notice being served
  • As a result of a breakdown in the relationship between the landlord and tenant and a dispute arising as a result in relation to repairs, rent arrears or possession proceedings.
