What does your job involve?
My day-to-day job involves answering the phone, greeting clients, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail plus other admin work where needed.

What is the biggest misconception people have about your job?
Many clients ask me questions as they assume I’ll know the answer – save those for your solicitor.

Why did you choose a career in law?
I was a client at Cartridges Law long before working here, and I liked the people. When the opportunity came up, I knew I wanted to join this team.

What qualities or attributes do you think you need to work in law?
Non-judgmental, non-discriminatory, kindness, and understanding.

What would you say to someone considering a career in law?
Absolutely go for it. If I had my time over, this is something I would definitely consider.
