As the solicitors profession becomes increasingly diverse, pressure is growing for greater equality in the workplace, according to The Law Society’s Annual Statistics report for 2017, which revealed there are now more women than men practising as solicitors.
Cartridges Law is still unusual in having an all-women partnership team, so it's great to see a shift within the legal profession towards greater equality in the recognition of talent.
